Tick every sport you want to enter. The fee total updates as you choose.
Add your squad
Enter players with jersey numbers, positions and dates of birth, and name a captain.
Pay & get approved
Pay the fee quoting your reference number. The Sports Office approves your entry.

What you need
- A team manager account (email and phone number) - one person is responsible for each team.
- A team that represents a ward of Mukono Municipality, or a community group, school, club or institution. Each ward may enter one ward team per tournament.
- Your squad list with full names, unique jersey numbers and dates of birth (age checks apply to age-group tournaments).
- A team badge (JPG, PNG or WEBP, compressed automatically to 20-300 KB) and your team colours - optional but recommended.
- Payment of UGX 100,000 per team per sport, quoting your registration reference.

Fee & payment
The fee is UGX 100,000 per team per sport. Enter two sports and the total is UGX 200,000.
How to pay
Pay the registration fee to the Mukono Municipal Council Sports Office and quote your registration reference. Mobile money / bank details are provided by the office.

Wards and community groups of Mukono are invited to take part.
Questions
Can one team enter more than one sport?
Yes. Register the team once, then tick every sport you want to enter. A separate fee and squad list apply to each sport.
When is my entry confirmed?
Your entry is "Pending" until the Sports Office has confirmed payment and approved it. You will see the status on your portal dashboard.
Can I change my squad after registering?
Yes. You can add, edit or remove players and change the captain at any time while the tournament is running, within the minimum and maximum squad size for the sport.
Can I withdraw?
You can withdraw yourself while the entry is pending or on the waiting list. After approval, please contact the Sports Office.
What if the tournament is full?
You are placed on the waiting list and promoted if a place becomes available.
